RNR_Lenny Rolls at Attica Raceway Park


Attica, Ohio- Attica Raceway Park December 9th 2008- The Thunder on Dirt Super Late Model Open Server Racing Series presented by Back Pocket Sim Racing rolled into Attica, Ohio this week with 18 cars showing up to battle on the banks of the 1/3 mile of Attica Raceway Park. With RNR_26 looking to go four in a row at Attica all eyes were on him. RNR_Lenny came out like a man on fire grabbing Teaspoon’s Bar & Grill Quick time with a lap of 12.476 seconds. Heat race number one would see RNR_Lenny hold off RNR_26 for the win. Heat race number two would see RNR_Dustin hold off Anthony Marcello. Heat race number three would see Ellis hold off RNR_C Beaver.

The 50 lap A Main event would see RNR_Lenny and RNR_Dustin lead the 17 car field to the green flag. RNR_Dustin and RNR_Lenny would battle back and fourth the whole race with RNR_Dustin leading 31 laps but, RNR_Lenny would lead 19 laps including the most important, the last lap. RNR_Lenny pulled into victory lane behind the wheel of his number 1 Ford sponsored by RNR Motorsports/ Rocket Chassis.

RNR_26 would finish in the runner-up position behind the wheel of the Hall of Fame number 26 Ford Thunderbird sponsored by Autotec Auto Detailing/ Don Smith Ford-Lincoln-Mercury/ Dalton Direct Carpets/ Signs by Roach. RNR_Dustin would finish in the third position behind the wheel of his number 6 Chevy Impala SS sponsored by ARK-LA-TEX Floor Services/ Snyder Fleet. LSR*A2D would run in the fourth position behind the wheel of his number 80D entry. Rounding out the top five would be John LoPresto in his best finish of the year.

The remainder of the field at the finish would be KA Dirt Tracker 2, Todd Lockwood, KA_Scottie2Hottie, Anthony Marcello, Paden King, KEN_BPR, ELLIS, RNR_Jconway, Jeremy, USSAC_Sanders, RNR_C Beaver, KA_ GA Rocket

David Comstock Returns to Victory Lane at Crown Point Speedway


Crown Point, Indiana, December 3rd 2008- The Thunder on Dirt Super Late Model racing Series presented by Back Pocket Sim Racing landed in Crown Point, Indiana this week this week to tame the fastest dirt ¼ mile on earth, Crown Point Speedway. Defending points champion Zach Gardner would grab Teaspoon’s Bar & Grill quick time with a lap of 10.560 seconds. Heat race number one would see David Comstock hold off Zach Gardner for the victory. Heat race number two would see Z-rocket46 cruse away from Ken Eyer for the victory.

The 50 Lap A Main would see Z-rocket46 and David Comstock lead the field to the green. David Comstock would waist no time using the run on the high side going into turn one to take to lead. From there he would not look back even with challenges from Z-rocket46, Zach Gardner, and Hard Charger Jeremy Haynes he would cruse into victory lane behind the wheel of his Huntington Beach, California based number 20 Chevy Monte Carlo SS sponsored by Home Depot.

North Carolina native Zach Gardner would grab the runner-up position behind the wheel of his number 11 Toyota sponsored by Fed-ex. Tennessee native Jeremy Haynes would charge up to the third position behind the wheel of his number 2 Chevy Monte Carlo SS sponsored by Napa Auto Parts/ Lewisburg Industrial and welding/ miller welders. Z-rocket46 would finish in the fourth position behind the wheel of his number 46 Chevy Impala sponsored by Bobby Lake Motorsports/ Lester Buildings/ J&J Steel/ www.zracing.us. Gene Yates would round out the top five behind the wheel of his number 31 entry.
